Rinse & Repeat is the latest monthly dance party to storm Cambridge, MA, every 4th Friday via ZuZu at The Middle East. R&R delivers the full spectrum of house music, absurd visuals, silly antics, a heavy dose of BUBBLES, +guest DJs from across the continent to join residents, Mike Incillo & Ryan Manta. Come RINSE away life's stress and ALLL that's finna dim your shine with the sweet love of house music!
GMGN (Good Morning Good Night) is the production/DJ moniker of Ben Adams. Originally hailing from the UK, Ben now calls Boston his home. A champion of house and disco, he is a co-founder and resident at Grassfed Disco (a bi-monthly disco party nominated for party of the year at the Boston Music Awards) and radio host on Brooklyn's Face Radio.
As a producer, he has released across some of dance music’s best underground Labels - highlights being Midnight Riot, Soul Clap Records, Toucan Sounds, Fools Gold, KID Recordings, Black Riot Records, Robsoul Records, Punch Out Recordings, Mozzarella Records, Startdust and Sundries.
Ben has supported an eclectic range of artists including Fred Falke, Gorgon City, Zombie Nation, J.Phlip, Chrome Sparks, Jeremy Olander, Soul Clap, Andy Moor, Ray Mang & More.

Ryan Manta is an ocean activist and creature of vibration. Fascinated with ancient wisdom, mysticism, and the medicine in music, Manta mixes a wide range of ingredients to stimulate healing, cleansing, resetting and harmonizing our relationship with mind, body, soul, our environment and the current moment. Passionate about the health and wellness of our oceans, Ryan donates a portion of all profits from DJing to ocean regeneration initiatives, like Global Coralition. Ryan Manta can be caught spinning underground house music and disco at his residency, every 4th Friday at ZuZu (MA).
